Christmas 2011
Our Christmas preparations started in earnest this week. The tree has been decorated entirely by the children who were very skilled at threading hooks through the baubles before hanging them on the tree.
Gardening
We have been learning about plants over the summer term concentrating on what they need to grow (soil, water and light) and have also looked at their various parts (seeds, roots, shoots, leaves, flowers).
Fun Outside
"Puddleducks" love to play outside; the space gives us the freedom to move around as we wish.
Rainy days provide great excitement with the opportunity to splash in the puddles with our wellingtons; make mud pies and fish with our nets.
First Anniversary
In celebration of a very successful first year, Puddleducks Montessori Nursery School held an Anniversary Open Day, for new and existing parents, on Saturday 9th February 2008.
